Key Terms
These key terms summarise how EgoFactor Career Services are delivered. They apply alongside EgoFactor's Privacy Policy.
Service scope
Each Career Service includes only the deliverables specified within the package purchased. Additional work may be quoted separately.
Payment
Payment is required in full before work or consultation begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Appointments
Clients should attend consultation appointments at the agreed time. Where reasonable notice is provided, EgoFactor may allow an appointment to be rearranged subject to availability.
Late cancellation / non-attendance
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be treated as completed and may require a new booking.
Client information
The quality and relevance of the service depends on the information provided by the client. Clients are responsible for ensuring CVs, employment history, achievements, qualifications and other information supplied to EgoFactor are accurate.
Employment outcomes
EgoFactor provides professional career guidance and preparation. No guarantee is made regarding interviews, job offers, salary increases or other employment outcomes.
Recruitment independence
Purchasing an EgoFactor Career Service does not guarantee representation by EgoFactor Recruitment, introduction to an employer or preferential consideration for any vacancy.
Confidentiality and privacy
Personal information will be handled in accordance with EgoFactor's Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
CV and LinkedIn content
Final responsibility for approving and using CV, LinkedIn and application content remains with the client.
Interview preparation
Example questions and interview recommendations are based on professional judgement and available information. EgoFactor cannot guarantee the questions an employer will ask during an interview.
